Clan Forrester Society, Inc was founded in 1963 as the Forrester Genealogical Association, Inc., the organization was reactivated
and named "Clan Forrester Society, Inc." in 1968. Membership is welcome to any descendants of the various spellings, i.e. Corstorphine,
Forrester, Forrister, Forester, Forrest, Forest, Foster, Forister, etc.
Clan Forrester Society members have a high interest in their forebears, but the Society is not able to provide research into
detailed questions. Some of our members may have information on the line that you may be following and these persons are generally willing to
exchange information.
At this time, Clan Forrester Society does not have a genealogist available to respond to specific questions.
However, there are some ways in which we may be able to help you in your research. Your queries can be published in the Society's newsletter,
Corstorphine Journal. Additionally, we will attempt to put you in touch with others who may be working on similar genealogical questions.
